New News at Winchester

Journalism students studied the steps in the process of news journalism.  They worked through each of the stages in the production of a news story for print, and investigated and reported on their own.  Students then used the skills to carry through stories to publication.

For such a short time frame, these are impressive pieces of work, where the interviewing and copywriting was carried out with only minimal guidance, and required a high level of English.
