Creative Vision and Aperture

Photography students have been studying creative compositions and thinking about how to make more striking images. We have looked at viewpoints, leading lines and framing as composition techniques that enable us to make more aesthetically pleasing photographs.

Alongside creative vision, we have studied aperture and examined how variation in aperture creates different ‘depths of field’. We have used this technique to create interesting portraiture and group shots.
